MakeUp IV - PopArtDoll Experience

Pop art is an art movement that emerged in the 50s in England but which reached its maturity in the 60s in New York. It is said that is the landmark passage from modernity to postmodernity in western culture. And the names we think about when talking about this subject are the artists Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein (at least for me) with their work that became a cornerstone of the art world. Roy Lichtenstein in his work, sought to make the cliches of the stories into squares as an art form, while Andy Warhol used motifs and concepts of advertising in their work, with the use of bold and bright colors and acrylic paints. (As one of his best known works of the can of Campbell's soup).
This makeup had these issues as references.
Pop art é um movimento artístico que surgiu na década de 50 na Inglaterra mas que alcançou a sua maturidade na década de 60 em Nova York. Diz-se que é o marco de passagem da modernidade para a pós-modernidade na cultura ocidental.
E os nomes em que pensamos quando se fala desta temática são os artistas Andy Warhol e Roy Lichtenstein (pelo menos para mim) com os seus trabalhos que se tornaram num marco da arte mundial. Roy Lichtenstein na sua obra, procurou valorizar os clichês das histórias em quadradinhos como forma de arte, enquanto que Andy Warhol utilizou motivos e conceitos da publicidade nas suas obras, com o uso de cores fortes e brilhantes e tintas acrílicas. (Sendo uma das suas obras mais conhecidas a da lata da soupa da Campbell's).
Como tal esta maquilhagem, bem como o fato, tiveram como referências estas temáticas.

Aqui foi utilizada novamente a tinta branca, blush, eyeliner preto, lápis preto, batom vermelho, lápis de ponta grossa vermelho, sombra azul+tinta azul, sombra lilás +purpurina lilás, sombra bronze+purpurina dourada.
O vestido teve o mérito da maravilhosa Srª Ivone Graça com tecido de banda desenhada referente à temática em questão.

Here i used the white paint, blush, black eyeliner, black pencil, red lipstick, red pencil + blue paint, blue shadow, lilac shadow + purple glitter, bronze shadow + gold glitter. The dress was made by Mrs Ivone Graça, a respectable and wonderfull human being. The fabric is related to the topic in question.
